Just like Nonna's, except made by Su. Size: halfway between a Swedish Meatball and a true classic polpette, at 2.1 oz each.
(Compare with our burgers at 1/4 lb, 4.2 oz each).
The best (and traditional) way to cook them is to let them defrost in the fridge and cook them directly in a deep pot of your own simmering marinara sauce. The sauce should be slightly more watery than usual to help penetrate the meatballs. Cook on medium-low, and the sauce should reduce and thicken in the process. Cook for 30-40 minutes.
